Dr. Katrin Markgräfe-Weisser ist Ltd. Oberärztin der Gerontopsychiatrie, Fachärztin für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie und Fachärztin für Neurologie. Nach dem Studium hat sie zunächst den Facharzt für Neurologie absolviert und hat sich nach der ersten Elternzeit für die Arbeit in der Psychiatrie entschieden, da hier Zeit bleibt, auch auf die psychischen und sozialen Anliegen der Patienten einzugehen. Nach ihrer zweiten Elternzeit hat sie die Weiterbildung zur Schmerztherapeutin und Schmerzpsychotherapeutin gemacht. So kann sie die somatische Medizin mit der Psychotherapie optimal verbinden.

Sie ist Mutter von zwei Töchtern und selbst Tochter von gerade älter werdenden Eltern.

In ihrer täglichen Praxis begleitet Dr. Markgräfe-Weisser Patienten und deren Angehörige auf einem Weg in einen besonderen Lebensabschnitt, welcher sehr individuell und mit vielen Fragen verbunden ist. Nicht selten kommen Erlebnisse aus der Vergangenheit zurück.

Zu Beginn des Webinars möchte Dr. Markgräfe-Weisser die Teilnehmerinnen einladen, Fragen zu formulieren, auf die sie während des Seminars gerne eingehen möchte. Ihr Wunsch ist es, möglichst viele in den jeweiligen Situationen mit ihren Fragen abzuholen.

Sie berichtet dann anhand eines Fallbeispiels aus der Praxis. Da es „den richtigen Weg“ in der Begleitung der älter werdenden Eltern bzw. Angehörigen wahrscheinlich nicht gibt, ist es so wichtig, sich über dieses Thema auszutauschen.

I’ve been using the La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair Face Moisturizer for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly one of the best daily moisturizers I’ve tried—especially for sensitive skin. I tend to get dry patches but also occasional breakouts, and this somehow helps with both. It hydrates without clogging pores, and I’ve noticed less redness overall. The fact that it contains ceramides and niacinamide is a huge plus if you’re trying to repair your skin barrier. Moisturizing & repairs skin barrier, but does pill.

Given myself a couple weeks of consistent use before giving a review. There are a lot of pros to this product which include: moisturizing and stays moisturized all day, made my PIE marks (post acne marks) fade a lot faster. Repairs my skin barrier, especially while using tretinoin nightly, not too thick but thick enough to keep my face hydrated. It does not have a smell. The cons are: slight burn for about 15 seconds but disappears, it pills if I apply too much. It does pill less if I pat it on my face versus rubbing; it does not pill when I apply liquid foundation. I just have to let it dry for 15-20 mins before applying makeup. I found the pros to overpower the cons and will continue to use this product.
