Sollte der Vorfilter nach 6 Monaten im Gebrauch eine sehr starke Verschmutzung (rötlich/bräunlich, gelblich) aufweisen, könnte dies ein Hinweis auf erhöhte Mengen an Rost durch Eisen und Mangan im Wasser sein. Um Ihren Hauptfilter (die Umkehrosmosemebran) möglichst lange sauber zu halten, empfehlen wir bei starker Verschmutzung einen früheren Wechsel des Vorfilters vorzunehmen.
