Das Viner EOM 16.5 steht für italienische Rahmenbaukunst mit sportlicher Ausrichtung. Gefertigt aus Columbus EOM 16.5 Stahlrohren – bekannt für hohe Steifigkeit bei geringem Gewicht – bietet dieses Rad ein direktes Fahrgefühl und eignet sich optimal für sportliche Ausfahrten.

Ausgestattet ist das Rad mit einer Campagnolo Mirage Gruppe: Umwerfer, Schaltwerk, Kettenradgarnitur (51/42 Zähne) sowie Innenlager und Naben stammen aus dieser Serie. Gesteuert wird das Rad über Campagnolo Athena Schalthebel, kombiniert mit Campagnolo-Bremsen. Die Laufräder bestehen aus Mavic CXP33 Felgen und sind mit 20 mm Continental Ultra Sport Reifen bereift – leichtlaufend und griffig.

Das Cockpit besteht aus einem Canyon H17 Lenker, Ritchey Vorbau (110 mm) und einer Uno Composite Carbon Sattelstütze. Abgerundet wird das Set-up durch einen Selle Italia Boost Sattel und Shimano Ultegra Pedale – eine solide, funktionale Kombination für sportliche Fahrer:innen.

Zur Marke:
Viner wurde 1947 in Pistoia, Italien gegründet und war besonders in den 1970er und 80er Jahren bei Amateurrennfahrern sehr beliebt. Die Marke arbeitete eng mit Columbus zusammen und war für handgefertigte Rahmen bekannt, die sowohl auf Leistung als auch Komfort ausgelegt waren. Viner-Rahmen wurden in vielen nationalen und internationalen Rennen eingesetzt und stehen bis heute für italienische Handwerkskunst mit Racing-Genen.

Had for just over 9 years now and still pretty solid

I ordered this chair back in December 2015 for our front office, and it's been moved to our back shop where we fabricate. We're not a gentle work space by any stretch of the imagination; we build stuff and it's messy, lots of tools etc. This chair has held up surprisingly well! The faux leather is delaminating almost entirely on the seat but honestly, I'd expect that for faux leather on something that is used daily. The seat pad, in my opinion, has gotten de-poofed. So it's not plush anymore but still usable. I've asked the guy that's using it if they want an upgrade/update and they said they like it and don't want to change it out just yet. That's saying something! The size is nice and wide. We've had a range of differently sized folks sit in the chair over the years and the seat was always comfortable (less now without so much seat poof), I was able to sit cross-legged and the whole chair felt sturdy then as it does now. All of the standards functions you'd want an office chair to do, it can still do: it goes up and down smoothly, it rolls just fine, it's still pivot-reclines comfortably and doesn't feel like it's going to topple. I like it!
