Vinifikation / Ausbau: In 895 Metern Höhe kann man fast die Sterne berühren und die Wolken formen. Die Abendluft ist intensiv und duftend. Und die Sonne erhellt das Land in seiner ganzen Pracht. Hier wurde Celeste geboren, der erste Ribera del Duero Wein der Familie Torres!
Ca. 15-20 Tage auf der Maische, um zusätzliche Aromen und Farbe rauszuholen, danach dauert die temperaturkontrollierte Vergärung im Stahltank ca. 1 Woche lang. Der Celeste Crianza reift dann 12 Monate in französischen und amerikanischen Holzfässern (20% davon Neuholz). Bevor er in den Verkauf gelangt, reift er nochmals 12 Monate in der Flasche. - Empfehlungen: Grilladen, rotes Fleisch, Entenbrust, Tapas, Braten

LOVE IT!

I love it. It’s very pretty and simple, in a good way. I plan to use it for all my jewelry and not just for travel. I like that it has a lot of hooks for necklaces and plenty of space for earring and rings. The fabric inside and out seem to be good quality. It’s well made and zips easily. The structure is sturdy as well. The color (white) is just as depicted. I think I got the larger size but it doesn’t feel bulky at all. I like that it comes with an extra pouch for bulkier items. It’s one of the best jewelry boxes I’ve had!
