100 % Grillo, biologisch bewirtschaftet, Jahrgang 2022. 13 % Alkohol. Der 2022er hatte etwas Zeit auf der Flasche und zeigt sich reifer und runder als ein junger Grillo — die Säure ist integriert, die Aromen haben sich entwickelt.

Mittleres Strohgelb. In der Nase Pfirsich, Melone, ein Hauch Jasmin und Salzigkeit. Am Gaumen vollmundig und saftig, mit einer moderaten Säure und einem mineralischen, leicht salzigen Finish. Der 2022er hat die sizilianische Sonne eingefangen, ohne schwer zu werden. Zu Fisch und Meeresfrüchten, Risotto oder einem Abend mit Freunden am Meer.
