Regenerationsprozess einer Getriebe:
- Zerlegen der Getriebe für die Teile
- Ultraschallreinigung von Getriebekomponenten
- Analyze der Schadensgrades einzelner Getriebekomponenten (Materialmikrorisse, -verluste, -verzerrung)
- Regeneration beschädigter Gehäusebuchse (Spanbearbeitung)
- Beseitigung von Werksfehlern in einzelnen Gängen (falls vorhanden)
- Getriebe nach Herstellerangaben montieren
- Detaillierte Kontrolle des Getriebebetriebs (Belastungs-, Geräusch- und Dichtigkeitstesten)
- Optische Wiederherstellung der Getriebe in den Werkszustand
- Aus Rücksicht auf die Umwelt enthält das gelieferte Getriebe niemals Öl. Nachfüllen erst nach der Installation möglich.
Rückgabe des Alten Getriebes:
Bei der Lieferung des bestellten NEUEN Getriebes nehmen wir Ihr altes Getriebe zurück. Sollte eine Rückgabe des alten Getriebes nicht möglich sein, ist eine Kaution in bar direkt an den Fahrer zu zahlen.
Informationen über die Einziehung der Kaution werden im Abgabe/Annahme PROTOKOLL vermerkt.
KAUTIONSHÖHE:
Die Höhe der Kaution wird auf Basis des Getriebepreises festgelegt:
- Preis bis zu 999,99 € = Kaution 200,00 €
- Preis von 1000,00 € do 1499,99 € = Kaution 250,00 €
- Preis über 1500,00 € = Kaution 300,00 €

Honestly I didn’t use it yet but just by inspection it. Looks very good. On thing I have to say is. Amazon did it again. Perfect. The outside box was a little dented and slightly crushed on the corner but the inside box that holds the air filter was perfect. Me being a delivery driver at one time am amazed that the packages always come delivered in perfect condition. I know how easy they can get damaged. Great job Amazon and the drivers and the whse and package dept. great job
Update, I just put the air filter in my Honda and it feels faster and more responsive. I will be buying this air filter again. I bought a spearhead air filter for my tundra , and it’s a good filter but I think I am going to switch to a kax filter for two reasons
First I said I put it in my Honda and it feels faster and responds quicker.
Second. I know it’s not a good reason but I like the color.
But I really feel the difference.
