Polytex® Unterspannbahn

Allgemein
Polytex® ist eine wasserdichte, diffusionsoffene Unterspannbahn, bestehend aus zwei Schichten Polypropylen mit einer dazwischenliegenden mikroporösen Funktionsschicht.

Anwendung
Polytex® wird als wasserdichte, diffusionsoffene Schicht auf der kalten Seite (in der Regel auf der Außenseite) von Dach- und Fassadenkonstruktionen im Neubau und bei Sanierungen eingesetzt. Sie kann sowohl direkt auf harten als auch auf weichen Untergründen verwendet werden.

Verarbeitung
Die Unterspannbahn sollte ziegelartig in der Hauptwindrichtung verlegt werden.

  • Horizontale Überlappungen: Bei Dachneigungen über 25° mindestens 100 mm, maximal 200 mm.

  • Dachneigungen zwischen 15° und 25°: Nageldichtband unter den Konterlatten anbringen, Überlappungen verkleben und mindestens 150 mm ausführen.

  • Vertikale Überlappungen: mindestens 150 mm, maximal 200 mm. Die Naht mit geeignetem Nageldichtband abkleben und immer unter der Konterlatte anbringen.

Die Bahn wird mit rostfreien Klammern befestigt. Anschließend werden die Konterlatten über den Klammern montiert. Bei Verwendung in Kombination mit einer Fassadenverkleidung wird eine zusätzliche Latte über die Klammern der Ständer angebracht. An den Ecken sollte die Bahn auf den nächsten Ständer herumgelegt und dort mit Klammern und ggf. einer Latte fixiert werden.
