In diesem Workshop geben wir euch tiefe Einblicke in die Trainingsplanung und zeigen euch, welche Möglichkeiten verschiedene Trainingsreize bieten und wie ihr Daten wie Herzfrequenz oder Wattwerte optimal für eure Ziele nutzt.

Für Radsportlerinnen und Radsportler mit hohen sportlichen Zielen, aber auch für einfach nur Interessierte.

Alle Infos vom Workshop erhaltet ihr in einem Manual übersichtlich zusammengestellt. Zudem bekommt ihr einen beispielhaften Trainingsplan, den ihr an eure Bedürfnisse anpassen könnt.

Die Teilnehmerzahl ist auf 15 Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer begrenzt, damit wir auf eure Fragen genau eingehen können.

I haven't bought new underwear in forever. I used to wear thongs, but now find them incredibly uncomfortable.
