Die Schoten stammen aus aktueller Ernte und haben folgende Eigenschaften:

  • Länge: ca. 18-20 cm
  • Restfeuchte: 28-33% (ideal)
  • Vanillin Gehalt: ca. 2,2 %
  • wunderschöne dunkelbraune, fast schwarze Farbe
  • Inhalt: 10 Stück
