To obtain a beneficial effect, measure 2 flat scoops of powder (2 x 0.05 ml = 60 mg of powder) and pour 100 ml of warm, boiled water , stirring simultaneously.
Consume in the morning, with breakfast. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (2 scoops = 60 mg).

Inside the package there is a plastic measuring cup with a capacity of 0.05 ml.
Store in a dry place, below 25°C, out of reach of children.
