The KRATON® 1/5 8S Speed Monster Truck delivers ARRMA®’s largest and most extreme bashing performance yet — now even better in this advanced ready-to-run edition. Outfitted with EXtreme Bash components for superior durability and powered by an upgraded 8S-capable Spektrum™ brushless system, the KRATON® 1/5 8S EXB RTR brings unmatched strength, speed, and control for serious large-scale bashers.
The new Spektrum™ 8S brushless power system packs even more punch, featuring a massive 5687 FIRMA™ 1100Kv motor with a full 10% increase in torque over the previous model. It’s paired with a high-torque Spektrum™ S6510 steel-gear servo delivering 820 oz-in at 8.4V, giving nearly 50% more steering force than before. Also included are the Spektrum™ FIRMA™ 160A V2 Smart ESC and Spektrum™ DX3 DSMR radio system with AVC® technology for enhanced control.
EXB-grade reinforced parts equip the KRATON® 8S with incredible toughness straight from the box, including a 5mm EXB 7075-T6 aluminum chassis plate, red-anodized EXB front brace mount, and a redesigned impact-absorbing front bumper. A bold new EXB color scheme completes the aggressive look.
Massive 20mm oil-filled shocks with 6mm shafts, rugged dBoots® COPPERHEAD™ 2 big block tires, and durable multi-spoke wheels ensure confident all-terrain handling. Strong aluminum braces, composite chassis pods, and all-metal drivetrain components provide the reliability needed for extreme high-speed bashing.
