Deze mousserende wijn heeft vervolgens 25 maanden sur lattes gerijpt. Hij heeft een goudgele kleur en een verfijnde neus met aroma’s van wit steenfruit, citrus en versgebakken toast. In de mond proeven we perzik en blauwe bessen, met een delicate pareling die eindigt in een minerale ondertoon. Serveer in een elegant champagneglas en geniet. Santé!
