Eisenhower agreed to train Ibn Sa'ud's army, Kennedy sent jets to defend the kingdom, and Lyndon Johnson sold it missiles. Oil and ARAMCO quickly became America's largest single overseas private enterprise. Beginning with the establishment of a Jim Crow system in the Dhahran oil camps in the 1930s, the book goes on to examine the period of unrest in the 1950s and 1960s when workers challenged the racial hierarchy of the ARAMCO camps while a small cadre of progressive Saudis challenged the hierarchy of the international oil market. The defeat of these groups led to the consolidation of America's Kingdom under the House of Fahd, the royal faction that still rules today. This is a gripping story that covers more than seventy years, three continents, and an engrossing cast of characters. Informed by first hand accounts from ARAMCO employees and top U.S. government officials, this book offers the true story of the events on the Saudi oil fields. Soft, but pricey, kinda shiny, and retains pet hair/lint

So I’ll start by saying that I’ve bought many Bedsure products in the past. This one does not disappoint, but I also don’t feel like it’s 5 stars.
It washed well and feels nice. Overall it’s a great duvet cover, but there’s three things I don’t personally like:
1. The price. Compared to their other covers, this one seems steep (though it’s probably the material that makes it more expensive?).
2. The material is somewhat shiny. I wasn't expecting that, and I don’t dig it. I’ve never had a cover that shines like this one does.
3. Pet hair retention is especially noticeable on this darker duvet (see photo). I’m sure this is either the fabric or the weave that causes this.
For these three things, I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. That said, if you can snag this during a sale (and you don’t have pets or don’t mind hair clinging to the cover), go for it!

Yes, it’s organic cotton!
After buying two other “100 % organic cotton” duvet covers on Amazon that turned out to be polyester/blends, I was happy to find an honest company and product. The duvet cover washes well, had no detectable odor out of the package, and is a good weight. I love the hidden zipper closure and find that it gets softer with use. I hope the zipper stays intact with prolonged use and gentle wash cycle.
Note that I almost bought this in white but realized it’s a different material (bamboo) based on the product description. If you are looking at different colors, check the material carefully before buying.

I am 100% happy with this duvet set!

Wow! I am very impressed with the quality of this duvet set. I love the design of the subtle black double Embroidery. I thought it was made very well unlike one other person said in their review. I find it elegant and luxurious to look at and feel. It’s very comfortable and I like 100% cotton. This is a thicker cotton but it’s cool for sleeping. It’s also not too stiff, unless you want that then you can easily iron it to be that way. I prefer it right out of the washer and dryer for a classy but cozy look! They are exactly like a set I’ve had my eye on in a fine linen store in Palm Beach. Exceptional value!
