Proud Italian American father Chris Zizza aims to keep family traditions alive through his love of cooking. Zizza’s recipes come from the heart, written as if you’re speaking with your Italian grandparents and learning their recipes (sometimes with trial and error since they never wrote anything down!) as their parents taught them.

Food is a source of human life, but it is also a cultural bind to connect us with your heritage and sharing a meal with family and friends connects us with not only the past but the present. Zizza’s delicious recipes and corresponding photos are easily followed for any cook, from beginner to experienced, so other families can find the same connection to their roots and enjoy some incredible home cooked food in the process. Mangia! BuonAppetito! Enjoy!

Got here so quickly! I had no problems whatsoever with the book, the book cover was just a little wrinkled, but I'm sure that's just from traveling. The book on the inside, the pages are clean and crisp. I will happily recommend them to other buyers! Thank you!!

Format: Hardcover
The information in this book changed my opinion of career counseling as a foundation for mental health counseling from a holistic approach. Assessments in this book and the accompanying Using Assessment Results for Career Development book are invaluable together.

I love the aspects of career counseling. But this book makes the theories hard to understand.

High energy mindset book, but very repetitive
Format: Hardcover
The 10X Rule is a very high energy, motivational book focused on taking massive action and setting goals much higher than what most people think is realistic. The strongest part is the mindset shift. It constantly pushes the idea that success requires way more effort, persistence, and volume than people typically expect. If you are looking for motivation to work harder and avoid playing it safe, the message definitely hits. It also does a good job challenging excuses and comfort zones. The tone is very direct and intense, which can be useful if you respond well to that style of motivation. However, the book is very repetitive. The same core idea of “10X effort” is repeated throughout almost every section in slightly different ways, which can make it feel stretched out. It is more motivational than practical, so if you are looking for step-by-step systems or structured strategies, this may not be what you are expecting. Overall, it’s a strong mindset book if you want intensity and motivation, but less useful if you are looking for detailed execution plans.
