Shenk’s Homestead Distillery Sour Mash Whiskey is a small-batch, full-bodied whiskey with a high rye content and a proof of 91.2. In contrast to the 2018 release, the 2019 vintage is matured exclusively in American oak barrels, some of which are made of the unique Chinquapin oak species (Quercus muehlenbergii).
