Only 14 and 15 years old at the time, Grade 2 first met at school where they spent countless lunch breaks playing together in the music room attempting to cover classic punk tunes. This eventually developed into performing at local pubs and venues whilst starting to write original music. Contra Records started working with them in 2014, releasing their first official EP Broken Youth and sending these teenagers from the Isle of Wight (UK) on endless tours across Europe, garnering acclaim and exposure exponentially. Because of their age, they are often [cheekily] referred to as 'Oi! The New Generation'-although there is no denying that they are a young new breath of fresh air for the Oi!/streetpunk scene. Although it was never released outside of Germany, Mainstream View was a huge success and a big step forward for the band, featuring the popular music video single "All I Know". This release showed that the band unquestionably matured musically since their first record. With more complex song writing, catchier melodies and a new professional sound, this album put Grade 2 on everyone's radar. Grade 2 continue touring across Europe, playing to increasingly bigger crowds and getting higher profile support slots thanks to the success of this album and the followup LP Break The Routine; not to mention their brilliant live show itself. This band has put the Isle of Wight on the map for the punk world, and this album was integral in doing so. Pirates Press Records are proud to reintroduce Mainstream View to the world, making sure that as Grade 2 continue to grow and climb to new heights, these early albums are still easy to get your hands on! Surprisingly Amazing!

I bought this expecting it to be a cheaper product I would use until I bought something better. I was very surprised to see how nice it was! Very solid and non slip surface on the bottom. The wood on it looks great and one of the most awesome things about it is you can manually adjust it to fit your laptop. I have a heavy16 inch MacBook Pro with a case on it and it fits perfectly in this stand, after adjusting it, of course. I ended up buying another one for my work office too. I can’t wait to try other products from this company.

INCREASED DESK SPACE - ORGANIZED

I just received my new Vertical Laptop Stand by UPERGO! I had no idea that this device could free up so much space on my desk! AND, it looks great, very rich & professional with the solid wood, Walnut dividers. It has solid weight so your laptops won't just tumble or slide away either. The dividers that hold up to 2 laptops will also hold your cell phone. What an clever invention by UPERGO!
I am now able to keep both of my laptops in the same space which frees up substantial workspace for me. The feature that allows me to adjust the width for different sized laptops is GREAT.
I was at wits end how to add ventilation to my laptop as it became so hot. It now runs much, much cooler because the fan/air flow is vertical as opposed to flat on my desk. So many improvements in just one device. Thanks to UPERGO for this fine device which makes my desk look better & so much more functional!
I highly recommend to anyone that spends time with laptops at their desk!

Attractive and Solid Laptop Stand

The premium quality at this affordable price is a great deal to me. You'd see these sort of designs sold on high-end desk organization companies at expensive ($$) prices. In addition to being aesthetically pleasing, this is a solid laptop stand that was built with the utmost attention to detail. The walnut panels are lined with scratch-resistant felt pads while the aluminum base has a silicone cushion to protect your devices when placing them in. The silicone feet and sturdy weight prevents the stand from moving and tipping over. The adjustability feature is great, especially if you want to accommodate several devices or even books. Per its specifications, I find that it accurately accommodates items ranging from 2cm (0.7in) up to 4cm (1.5in) in width. It fits my 2020 Macbook Air 13" perfectly.
