TGrip Single Straight Handle Bar with Rotating Ends—The TGrip Single Straight Handle Bar is a full-length Olympic-size bar that fits in all the same racks a straight Olympic bar fits. It’s engineered by TGrip Barbell with single neutral grip handles positioned parallel to each other for the execution of bench presses or barbell rows during strength training. Similar or neutral grip pressing has existed for a long time; different bars, logs, and machines are used for parallel grip pushing or pulling.

The innovative designs of TGrip Bars differ from any other parallel grip bar. The TGrip Barbell has the advantage of having an angle towards the center of the bar between the vertical handles. This will create open space for the user's body, enabling you to perform specific movements and exercises that are difficult or impossible to achieve with other parallel grip bars with a "box-frame" design. The TGrip Barbell is the only similar grip bar that can be used as an Olympic-sized EZ-curl bar, which makes this a universal bar that can be used for the broadest range of exercises. The look and feel of the TGrip barbell are like no other. The comfortable knurled handles will allow you to confidently perform your training as you work with the TGrip barbell's strength, stability, and balance.

TGrip Barbells are uniquely designed and can be used for various training. They are the only parallel grip bars with the option of a traditional cambered EZ-curl bar integrated into the bar design, providing versatility. TGrip bars are designed with curves that contour to the body, enabling users to perform movements and exercises with comfort, balance, and stability. The 7-foot TGrip bars are crafted with high-quality materials to offer superior construction. The Olympic-size TGrip bars are popular in powerlifting, bodybuilding, sport-specific training, injury prevention, physical therapy, and recreational fitness training. "Not just a Bar - It's A Brand."

Benefits:

  • The TGrip barbell can be used using a neutral grip or as a multi-grip barbell. It has the feel of a traditional Olympic bar but is more comfortable and versatile. It is slightly heavier due to the unique diamond handles that provide superior training alternatives.
  • Break away from conventional bars and experience an explosion in your training regimen. Use the TGrip Barbell as an addition to your current training devices.
  • Ideal for all athletes, including strongman competitors who need to practice lifts that will improve their performance (i.e., during the log press). These handles are set up for ideal parallel grip pressing.
  • Escape shoulder pain, but continue to experience the benefits of bench pressing and shoulder pressing as with an Olympic-style bar. The design of this barbell is unlike any other on the market. It is far more versatile and made with better-quality materials for superior comfort and durability. Its unique design simplifies multi-grip exercises.
  • The TGrip barbell professionals understand that people have different needs and offer several bar choices. These can complement any body size, training style, and any demands for weight and space. This spacing creates natural motion and provides ample room between the handles to perform all exercises without interference. During training, the seven-foot TGrip bar can be used in addition to the standard Olympic bar; some might find that it replaces it. At the very least, you will use it very often in your training routine.

Compact, lots of power, great for travel.
I tested it at full power. It does what its advertised to do. At full power it does get fairly warm, not near warm enough to be a hazard. It can't be covered up, It may overheat if it's covered with stuff. I got it for travel. It will charge my computer, tablet and phone just fine. It shares the 65W, so charging of each device may slow as you plug in more devices

The Only Charger You’ll Ever Need!
The Anker 735 Charger (GaNPrime 65W) is a total game-changer for anyone tired of carrying multiple "bricks" for their laptop, phone, and earbuds. It packs a massive amount of power into a surprisingly small, foldable design. What I liked: True All-in-One: With two USB-C ports and one USB-A port, it can fast-charge a MacBook Air, an iPhone, and AirPods all at the same time. Intelligent Power Allocation: It uses PowerIQ 4.0 technology, which automatically detects the power needs of each connected device and adjusts the output in real-time for the fastest possible charge. Ultra-Compact: Thanks to GaN (Gallium Nitride) technology, it is about 53% smaller than a standard 67W laptop charger. The foldable plug makes it perfect for tossing into a travel bag or pocket. ActiveShield 2.0: I really appreciate the peace of mind that comes with its advanced temperature monitoring, which checks the heat over 3 million times a day to protect your expensive devices. Note: To get the full 65W speed for your laptop, make sure you are using a high-quality USB-C cable rated for 100W! Whether you’re working from a coffee shop or traveling internationally, this is the most reliable and efficient charging block on the market. It’s a bit of an investment, but the build quality and convenience are worth every cent.

The 65W version is just as solid as the 47W I already own
I bought the 47W Anker Nano charger a while back and loved it, so when I needed a bit more power I grabbed this 65W version. Honestly, the experience is almost identical - which is exactly what I was hoping for. Same compact puck design, same foldable prongs that make it perfect for travel, same Anker reliability. I've been using it with my Samsung Z Flip 7 and it charges incredibly fast on fast charge mode. The phone recognizes it immediately and you can watch the percentage climb. But what I really appreciate about stepping up to the 65W model is the extra headroom. When I need to charge my laptop or other more demanding devices, this charger handles them without breaking a sweat. The 47W is great for phones and smaller tablets, but having that extra wattage gives me more flexibility. The folding prongs continue to be one of my favorite features. It's such a simple thing but makes a huge difference when you're tossing it in a bag. No snagging, no scratching other items. The size is still impressively small for the amount of power it delivers. This is one of those products that just works. No fuss, no weird charging issues, just plug it in and go. If you already have the 47W version and need more power, this is a no-brainer upgrade. If you're choosing between the two, I'd say go with the 65W unless you're absolutely certain you'll only ever charge phones and tablets. The peace of mind of having extra power available is worth it.

Crisp, bright, natural colors. Excellent monitor for the cost.
Size: 24 inch 100Hz
Excellent monitor. Haven't tried the internal speakers since I use amplified speakers and most often a headset through them. So probably an option I may never use anyway, but may test them out just to see how good they are...or how bad.😂 Color is crisp and clear and gave me the screen resolution I needed 1920x1080. Text is clear and legible, graphics are as good as your graphics card will allow, so if you're not using a high end graphics card don't expect this monitor to improve motherboard built-in graphics or older low end graphic cards, that's not the monitors fault, it's your MB or GC that's the problem. Overall I'm very happy with this monitor and been well worth the price I paid for. Yes, I'd recommend this monitor.
