Gaudin.I particularly like the almost neutral palette of this oil on canvas, along with the large scale, the atmospheric shadow and light, and how the peaches, jug and copper pot sit together. Signed "S Gaudin" bottom right, which I'm told is probably Simone Gaudin, born 1902.
