The Shisha Pipe and accessories are expected to be returned thoroughly washed, a £15 charge will be deducted from your deposit if the items are returned unwashed.
Please return the items using the packaging it was sent out in with tracked shipping. Alternatively we can arrange a currier pick up, a £20 fee will be deducted from your deposit should you opt for this service.
