Dụng cụ làm kimbap:

Mành tre cuộn Kimbap / Sushi

  • Mành tre được làm với chất liệu tre Việt Nam,  không hóa chất, đạt tiêu chuẩn.
  • Mành cuộn có dây buộc chắc chắn, giúp bạn cuộn kimbap đều tay, chống bị nóng khi cuốn với cơm nóng. Cuộn kimbap dễ dàng hơn, thanh kimbap chắc chắn hơn, dễ cắt, lát cắt không bị rời rạc các phần với nhau.
  • Bảo quản : Nơi khô ráo, thoáng mát , tránh chỗ ẩm ướt gây ẩm mốc và ánh sáng mặt trời trực tiếp.

Kimbap - Sushi là món ăn quen thuộc và hấp dẫn, để làm được món cơm cuộn thì bên cạnh các nguyên liệu lá rong biển, cơm, rau củ, thịt giăm bông, xúc xích, củ cải vàng,.. Mành tre cuốn kimbap là dụng cụ không thể thiếu để tạo hình đẹp mắt cho món ăn.

CÁCH LÀM KIMBAP THỊT NƯỚNG & CỦ CẢI VÀNG

Sơ chế nguyên liệu:

+ Rau củ tùy thích như dưa leo, cà rốt bạn rửa sạch rồi cắt dọc kích thước như ngón tay.

+ Củ cải vàng cắt sợi sẵn vớt ra, dùng khăn thấm sạch nước, để riêng.

+ Thịt nướng đã được nêm gia vị và làm chín rồi nên khi sơ chế, bạn chỉ cần áp chảo sơ là có thể dùng để cuộn kimbap ngay, giúp tiết kiệm được rất nhiều thời gian.

+ Cơm ướp với một ít dầu mè và mè rang cho thơm (tùy chọn).

Thực hiện:

    + Trải mành cuộn ra mặt phẳng, sau đó cho lá rong biển cuộn kimbap lên trên, tiếp theo cho cơm dàn trải đều khắp lá rong biển.

    + Cho thịt nướng, củ cải vàng, cà rốt, dưa leo,..nằm ngang ngay ngắn rồi thực hiện thao tác cuộn kimbap, miết chặt vừa phải tránh rách rong biển.

    + Sau cùng quét một lớp dầu mè phía ngoài cuộn kimbap rồi cắt khúc.

      Great Set!

      I purchased the set of 2 and they were delivered in one box shipped together. Fair cost for what's received, I was needing these for my couch side and recliner. Buying the set ensures both tables are identical in style and height. It's the right amount of tallness for drinks and remotes. It seems pretty durable but will tip easily if not against the wall. The feet that offer leveling do not have any traction and may easily slide if not on a carpeted area. The folding basket fits snug and has enough room for a throw blanket, some of your favorite games or balled up cables. The basket only pulls out from the long side, so up against the wall it will not be pushed out by your cat. The plug works as intended but is essentially a mounted extension with 2 USB ports. This brings the plug out from behind the couch, love it. Assembly took around 10 minutes each - 20 minutes total. Every peice was individually wrapped in plastic. I was missing some hardware but my husband had some extra. The allen key driver tool and the mounting screws for the plug insert didnt come with my set, everything else was accounted for. I built them from the top up with no tools and no problems. If you over tighten the legs they will crack in the plastic threading a may cause a loose fit. Works great for our use and we're glad we got them! If the sliding feet is an issue, just fill them with hot glue and reinstall.
