Those latter two recordings, in particular, portrayed the potency of this power-trio, displaying an unremittingly dark and dexterous sound which draws in a variety of death metal traditions.Going from strength to strength, FACELESS BURIAL play their strongest hand yet with the full-length Speciation. Altogether sharper and more finessed than all previous, Speciation spreads unimaginable DEATH METAL MIGHT with malignant ease.
FACELESS BURIAL exude a charisma that’s totally their own, which largely comes down to the songwriting itself. Where the preceding records maintained a murky ‘n’ malodorous aspect, that was predominantly in the sound itself; here on Speciation, it’s been parlayed into the tense ‘n’ treacherous textures they explore. Otherwise, no great changes have been made, nor should there be: forever twisting and never stagnating, each of these six songs reveals new corridors through which to spelunk, and efficiently so across the album’s deceptively epic 36-minute runtime.
Thankfully, once again, FACELESS BURIAL evade the riff-salad tendencies of so much tech-oriented death metal; their sound isn’t so much a restless blast through scattershot ideas as it is an endlessly malforming entity making rude shapes, and now one colored by narrative lead work. Which is to say nothing of the album’s powerful production, which is rendered in authentically analogue tones and further underlines the band’s reverent devotion to death metal classicism.
Adorned with form-meeting-content cover artwork, Speciation is bound to be the year’s most forward-thinking/backwards-looking death metal album.

Durable and Great for Teething!

This Nylabone Power Chew Textured Ring is a great find! It’s a pretty big ring, which is perfect because my puppy can grow into it. She already loves it and spends a good amount of time chewing on it.
She’s a big teether, so I was specifically looking for something she could gnaw on that wasn’t plastic, and this has been so much better than the other things she tries to get her teeth into.
It seems durable, keeps her occupied, and the price is great for the quality. I’ll definitely be buying another one when needed!

As durable as expected.

My dog loves it—more than any other bone she’s ever had. It’s not quite as durable as regular nylabone, but we expected that. This photo was taken after around 2 hours of super aggressive chewing by a very big German shepherd. It has no discernible smell, but obviously it has a flavor because she doesn’t want to put it down even for trips outside. It’s soft enough that it doesn’t cause that “are their teeth breaking?!” sound that a lot of offbrand nylon chews have. The classic femur shape is perfect. It’s the easiest shape for her to hold naturally. All around, perfect dog chew.

Heavy duty chewing, not heavy duty dropping

My super chewer loved this toy, great shape, provided long lasting entertainment. However, when he dropped it from his mouth onto our epoxy flooring (not a far drop as he’s only 50lbs) one chunk broke clean off at the 2 smaller joints. Although we kept the larger piece for a while, a similar drop a week later broke it again. Considering this is fairly inexpensive, I wasn’t expecting it to be indestructible. It’s just strange how it broke. Will probably buy again to test one more time.

My dog loves these things

My dog loves these things. They don't smell at all. It was a great price. It's big enough for my Frenchie. It's pretty durable but he is able to gnaw it rough so I do have to replace them periodically.
