That said, the finished piece will still capture the overall look, feel, and character of your original, just made using Cheshire Pine's own traditional methods and materials.
A few points to note:

Timber thickness: We use 18 mm timber for our frames (rather than 20 mm (2 cm) as in your measurements). 18 mm is the closest and works very well structurally and visually. This will knock all your dimensions out slightly.

Beading & detailing: We make all of our beading in-house using our own tooling, so while it will be beading, it won’t be identical to your existing piece.

Profiles (top & plinth): These are created using our own router cutters that were made for us and not off the shelf, so again, they will be in keeping with the style but not an exact match.

Drawing supplied with full guide sizes - these may be slightly different due to our 18 mm thickness timber rather than your 20 mm as drawn.
