By far the most famous "abuse" visited upon a piece of gear is the 1176 FET compressor's "All Buttons In" mode, in which all of the ratio settings are engaged at the same time. The resulting squish is the thing of legends and has been emulated countless times.
Louder Than Liftoff's "Implode" Colour is not an emulation at all, but an exact replica of the 1176 Rev F amplifier and gain-reduction circuitry pre-set to "All Buttons In" mode.

Implode is not offered as a DIY kit. Because of the complexity of their design, all of Louder Than Liftoff's Colours are sold fully assembled and tested.
Design Notes
Implode delivers all the aggression, smash, and colorful leveling many have trusted for decades. It was no small feat to create the world's smallest 1176! We squeezed in every transistor, capacitor, and resistor from the original Revision F discrete preamp and detector circuits--over 100 parts meticulously arranged to create a small city of analog mojo machinery. There were many late nights and much cursing, no doubt! By including individual trimpots for both attack and release, you can create compression presets for each module--like the much used "Dr. Pepper" setting. We've even included the Bypass setting, which allows you to process audio through the discrete transistor preamp without compressing..

Reliable Quick Cleaner for Leather Interiors
I’ve been using the Chemical Guys Leather Quick Detailer on my car’s interior for a while now, and it’s become one of those go-to products I like to keep on hand. As the name suggests, this is designed for quick touch-ups rather than deep cleaning, and for that purpose, it really does the job well.
The first thing I noticed is how easy it is to use. A couple of sprays on the leather seats or steering wheel, a quick wipe with a microfiber cloth, and the surface instantly looks cleaner. It removes light dust, dirt, and fingerprints in seconds. Unlike some products I’ve tried in the past, it doesn’t leave behind a slick or greasy feel, which is important when you’re dealing with things like a steering wheel or gear shifter that you’re constantly touching. Instead, the finish is clean, soft, and natural-looking, which is exactly what I want.
The scent is another plus. It has a pleasant, subtle leather fragrance that makes the car smell fresh without being overwhelming or chemical-like. I don’t like products that leave behind a strong odor, and this one strikes the right balance.
Another strength is its versatility. While it’s marketed as a car interior detailer, I’ve found it works well on other small leather items, like a laptop bag or even a chair at home. Obviously, it’s not a replacement for a full leather conditioner, but for light upkeep it’s nice to have a single product that can handle more than just my car.
That said, there are a few things that keep this from being a perfect 5-star product. First, it’s definitely not designed for deep cleaning—if your leather is heavily soiled, stained, or dried out, this won’t be enough. You’d need a dedicated cleaner and conditioner for a full restoration. Second, the spray nozzle can be a bit inconsistent, sometimes giving off more of a stream than a fine mist. It’s not a huge issue, but it can waste product or make application less even if you’re not careful. Lastly, while it makes leather look clean and refreshed, it doesn’t provide as much conditioning as some other products, so if you’re looking for something that really nourishes and protects long term, this is more of a maintenance step than a solution.
Overall, though, I’m very satisfied. The Chemical Guys Leather Quick Detailer is perfect for keeping leather looking sharp between major cleanings. It’s fast, effective, and leaves behind a clean finish without unwanted residue. It saves me time and keeps my car interior looking well cared for, which is exactly what I want from a quick detailer.
I’d rate it 4 stars—an excellent product for regular maintenance and touch-ups, with just a few small shortcomings that prevent it from being the ultimate all-in-one leather care solution.

The smell is AMAZING!

Great leather cleaner
