2011 release from the Folk Rock supergroup, formed by multi-instrumentalist Simon Tong (The Gorillaz, the Verve), erstwhile Paul McCartney-collaborator David Nock (The Orb, the Cult, the Fireman) and Orcadian singer Erland Cooper. They mix traditional Folk music with Americana, Garage and Psychedelia, and then steam-roller it with a rollicking fug of analogue Ethiopique keyboards and hypnotic effects to create an engaging, deep and beautiful procession of noise, topped majestically by frontman Erland Cooper's sonorous, vintage voice. The album was recorded deep in the bowels of a WWII-era ship moored at Embankment on the river Thames, where dehumidifiers never did manage to remove the dank smell and the sounds of water created an unmistakable ambience.

I bought this as a gift. The person loves it. It’s very compact. She puts it in her bag and travels with it. It’s easy because you can charge it at home and then it’s already. She sometimes brings her charger with her so she can use it out.

Great Product - Stop Wasting Batteries!

Super happy with this purchase and so glad it's rechargeable. So much better than the fancy brand we had that went through batteries like crazy and had a wobbly shaft. Lots of power and can be easily used for travel as we do for blending protein powder and cream into coffee. It's already traveled to Europe twice, Tahiti, Australia and a Panama cruise and still working like the day we got it. We're very pleased with the quality and the price.

Super easy to use! Love the 3 speed mode. Makes my morning coffee a breeze to make. Also love the fact that it’s rechargeable. So far only charged once and it’s long lasting. Favor part about it is the storage, doesn’t need to stand straight and be out. Can be easily cleaned and stored away with the cover. Feels very high quality. Highly recommend!
