This tactical bag is MOLLE compatible with MOLLE loops located in the front top zippered pouch, on the front bottom zippered pouch, and on the shoulder strap. You can carry this tactical backpack with either the padded shoulder strap or the padded top carry handle. The Adjustable Padded Shoulder Strap features a quick release buckle, cell phone pocket, D-ring, metal clip, and can switch between left and right side carry. A stabilizing strap and a hook and loop strap on the back are included in Rothco's military bag.
