~ How to place your order
If you order a costume within the size chart, we will put it into the production line immediately. All orders with custom sizes will be put into our production line after receiving your measurements. Production time is around 3-4 months, depending on our queue line. Quick production is also available upon request. If you have any specific deadline, please message us before placing the order, so we will be sure to secure your deadline.
You can order a costume according to our size chart or choose the "custom-made" option, where the costume will be completed according to your measurements. If you choose the "custom made" option, our manager will send you a measurement request within 1-2 business days after purchase. Please submit your measurements within the next 7-10 days after you receive the request, as without them we won't be able to proceed with your order.
