Constructed from the same PVC material and industrial-grade valves used in whitewater rafts, this bag can take a beating. The unique valve design allows users to customize their bag by adding or releasing both water and air, enabling precise control over firmness for tailored training. The innovative water-filled design mimics the feel of a real opponent while absorbing impacts and protecting your joints.
