【酒蔵 : 三井之壽】
於全國新酒鑑評会、IWC、Sake Competition等獲獎無數的酒蔵。以「造酒是融合科學、觸覺以及熱情」為宗旨每年不斷改良。

跟釀造十四代的高木酒造的關係十分之好、十四代所開發的酒未來（酒米）、或十四代使用的愛山（酒米）也有用來釀造他們的日本酒。

而且、SLAM DUNK的作者十分喜歡他們的日本酒、因此三分波神射手三井寿名字的由來正是「三井の寿」。必定要試試每年不斷進化三井の寿的出品。
