Six Questions Your FYZICAL Franchise Business Plan Must Answer

We built this medical franchise business plan in Microsoft Word using our own independent research. All six business plan chapters are pre-populated with researched data specific to opening and operating a specialized physical therapy clinic, projecting first-year revenue of $890,000 and a breakeven date just 3 months after launch. The entire document is fully editable to match your unique location and strategy.

Executive Summary: What is the core business opportunity?

The opportunity is to launch a specialized physical therapy and balance center in a high-income area like North Scottsdale, targeting affluent, active retirees. The business model focuses on a premium, spa-like patient experience and a proactive 'Total Wellness' approach, moving beyond reactive rehabilitation to preventative care and longevity.

Key Opportunity Drivers

  • Focus on an affluent, aging demographic with high demand for wellness.
  • Differentiated service model combining rehabilitation with proactive fall prevention.
  • Proprietary technology like the Safety Overhead System creates a clear competitive advantage.
[dynamic_pic9]

Products & Services: What does this franchise unit sell?

The clinic provides specialized vestibular rehabilitation and orthopedic physical therapy services. Revenue is generated through traditional fee-for-service sessions, which are projected to bring in $400,000 in the first year, supplemented by recurring monthly revenue from 'Total Wellness' memberships and direct-pay programs for fall prevention.

Primary Revenue Streams

  • Fee-for-service physical therapy sessions for rehabilitation.
  • Recurring revenue from wellness and balance training memberships.
  • Specialized programs for balance screenings and corporate wellness contracts.
[dynamic_pic10]

Market Analysis: Who are the local customers and competitors?

The primary customer segment is affluent, active retirees in communities like North Scottsdale and Grayhawk who prioritize maintaining independence. The plan also targets the 'worried well' seeking proactive balance training and patients referred by local medical specialists for vestibular rehabilitation. The market is defintely competitive, but this model's specialization creates a niche.

Target Customer Segments

  • Affluent retirees focused on longevity and proactive health.
  • Patients requiring specialized vestibular and balance therapy.
  • Residents of luxury senior living facilities seeking premium wellness solutions.
[dynamic_pic11]

Marketing and Sales Plan: How will the unit acquire customers?

Customer acquisition will be driven by a hyper-local strategy focused on building direct referral pipelines with neurologists and luxury senior living facilities. This will be supported by targeted digital advertising campaigns and community-based events like free 'Balance Screenings' to build trust and generate leads directly from the target demographic.

Customer Acquisition Channels

  • Direct medical referral networks with local specialists.
  • Community outreach and educational workshops at senior hubs.
  • Hyper-local digital marketing targeting specific high-income zip codes.
[dynamic_pic12]

Management and Organization: Who will run the clinic?

The clinic will be run by a full-time Center Director, who earns an annual salary of $75,000 and oversees all operations. The initial clinical team includes 1.2 full-time equivalent (FTE) Physical Therapists and 1.0 FTE Physical Therapist Assistant, supported by front desk and patient care coordinators. This structure ensures consistent execution of brand and clinical standards from day one.

Key Staffing Roles

  • Center Director to manage daily operations and business development.
  • Licensed Physical Therapists and Assistants to deliver core services.
  • Administrative staff to manage scheduling, billing, and patient experience.
[dynamic_pic13]

Financial Plan: What are the key financial metrics?

The financial plan requires a minimum cash injection of $652,000 to cover startup costs and initial operating losses. The unit is projected to break even within 3 months of opening and achieve payback in 5 years. Key projections show revenue growing from $890,000 in year one to nearly $1.7 million by year five, with a 3.15% Internal Rate of Return (IRR).

Financial Performance Milestones

  • Breakeven achieved by March 2026, just three months post-launch.
  • Full investment payback projected within 5 years of operation.
  • Year 5 EBITDA is forecast at $545,000 on $1,678,000 in revenue.

Love Saucony
Size: 3 Wide Little Kid, Color: Fuchsia, Size: 3 Wide Little Kid, Color: Fuchsia
These sneakers are bright, comfortable, and surprisingly versatile, but they lean more fun and practical than trend-polished or premium. First Impressions & Design: The fuchsia color is the first thing you notice — bold, playful, and full of personality. It feels energetic rather than overly “girly,” which is probably why both my nephew and niece are drawn to them. The design has a sporty, modern look that works well for everyday wear. It feels like a real athletic shoe rather than just a colorful kids’ sneaker. Overall, they read fun, current, and kid-approved. Color & Style Appeal: This is a standout feature. Bright pink feels fresh and confident Appeals across personalities and styles A fun reminder that color trends always evolve (pink definitely having a comeback moment) It’s the kind of shoe kids want to wear, not one they’re convinced to wear. Fit & Sizing: The wide sizing is a major plus. Great option for wider feet More comfortable than standard narrow kids’ sneakers Gives toes room without looking oversized A helpful choice if finding comfortable kid shoes is usually a challenge. Comfort & Wearability: Comfort is strong for active kids. Lightweight enough for running and play Cushioned sole feels supportive Easy for all-day wear They’re built for movement, which matters more than looks alone. Support & Performance: These perform like a real sneaker. Good grip for playground or school use Stable sole for active movement Supportive enough for everyday wear They’re practical, not just cute. Durability: Saucony is a respected brand known for style and durability. These shoes are solid for kids’ use. Holds up well to regular activity Materials feel reliable Bright color may show dirt faster than darker shoes They’re made for actual wear, not just occasional outings. Quality: Quality is what you’d expect from a reputable athletic brand. Better structure than many fashion kids’ shoes Consistent construction Functional and dependable They feel built to last through normal kid use. Style & Versatility: These are more versatile than the color might suggest. Great with casual play clothes Fun statement shoe for simple outfits Works for kids who like bold colors regardless of gender The color makes them stand out, but the design keeps them wearable. Final Thoughts: These sneakers combine comfort, support, and standout style in a way kids clearly notice. The wide fit is a bonus, and the fuchsia color gives them personality without limiting who can wear them — which may explain why everyone wants a pair.

Pink name brand walking shoes
Size: 7 Wide Big Kid, Color: Fuchsia, Size: 7 Wide Big Kid, Color: Fuchsia
Looks and feel like the real deal. I only tried them on and the soul of the shoes are comfortably soft. Eventhough, they say child shoe, I got a size seven and they fit good on my feet (size 8 in women). Good looking walking shoes .

Great Fit for Wide Toes
Size: 5 Wide Big Kid, Color: Fuchsia
I should start by saying that these shoes were tested by an adult who happens to wear a child's size 5.5, ladies size 7.5 or 7W, and ordered a size 5W in the florescent pink. These shoes are way more comfortable than the other Saucony sneakers I own. The wide toe bed doesn't put any pressure on the outside of my feet and my pinky toes are loving the extra space. The insole is not removable in these shoes, but I found them to be comfortable enough without an extracurricular insole. I have only used these shoes for active days; running errands, doing chores, walking, but not for running or exercise. My adult feet and body found these shoes more suitable for walking, but for a younger person I would expect these to be great for exercise or daily wear. The color is super vibrant. I don't mind a bright shoe and I own a lot of colorful footwear, but these are shockingly pink. Then you combine that pink with the bright white sole, and it is borderline blinding. I have worn them a few times now and they definitely stand out. These would be a great option for a pink loving person, or someone looking for an eye catching shoe to punch up their wardrobe, but for me they're almost too much. These shoes are on par with my expectations for the brand, but I feel like they have an inflated price point, that most parents shopping for kids athletic shoes may struggle to justify. I know that finding shoes to accomidate wide feet can increase the price significantly, but I still think these shoes would be best purchased on sale.
