Fruit was harvested when it reached perfect ripeness, and immediately taken to the winery for processing. Fermentation occurred on skins to maximise colour and flavour. The wine was matured in oak to add depth of flavour and a lovely toasty aroma.
Food Pairing: Serve with classic Kiwi lamb shanks, or your favourite summer BBQ with friends.
