You can use any program that allows for adding text to an Image. Be sure to not cross the edge with any text added, and I do not crop or resize the image to have it remain seamless. 

These files all have permission to have text added. As per our policies, files cannot be resold in any digital format and anything outside of adding text is against our policies. These files cannot be used to render editing services or sell services of editing, or file sharing.These files can be used for personal or business, as long as the end product you are providing  is a physical item and not a digital file or service.
