The Sissel Fitband Resistance Band introduces an easy way for you to do this at home. Providing smooth resistance, the band can be used to stretch and condition your body. Over time, this can significantly improve your muscle strength, stamina and coordination.

Available in four different resistance levels, you can choose which resistance band is right for you. You may, for instance, wish to use a lighter band to start with and move on to the more resistant bands as you build up your strength.
The Fitband is also available in four different sizes to further meet your needs as specifically as possible. These are:
