Just add water: To re-make into one large size 7 (62g) egg, simply add 2.5 Tablespoons (47ml) of Water to 1 Tablespoons of Whole Egg Powder (16g), stir and you're sorted, all with the convenience of a long shelf life.  

How many eggs in 100g? Dissolve 100g of whole egg powder in 300g of water to obtain approximately 400g of liquid whole egg (approximately 8 eggs) so in each 1 kg there are all the benefits from 80 eggs.

How to use: when baking you can either add liquid to the egg powder to make egg as a wet ingredient OR keep it simple by stirring the whole egg powder through dry ingredients before adding in wet ingredients. Storage: Store airtight in a cool, dry place at a temperature below 25°C 

Where it can be used: Whole egg powder is way easier to transport to whip up fast cooked options wherever you may be. Perfect for prepping, camping, tramping or hike-thru trip! Whenever light weight ingredients matter the most we have a whole range of powders; you just need to add water. Egg white powder, nutritional yeast (think cheese flavour), tomato powder, peanut butter and much needed electrolyte sachets for faster recovery.
