The rubber sleeves fit into the toilet seat mounting holes and then the metal bolts are screwed into the sleeves providing a simple solution for toilets where the underside of the bolt holes cannot be accessed. These bolts would be used in place of the plastic mounting bolts that come with your bidet toilet seat. Sold as a pair. Alpha iX Hybrid
