Pasticceria Scarpato is a unique cake created to end your search for taste. This sweet cake takes you on a journey of flavors and tastes. Made with the natural yeast from white mother, handled down since 1888, with the addition of flour and water to create tasty and flavorful dough, Pasticceria Scarpato is the most delicious dough you can ever taste.
The appearance is that of a classic panettone, but less glossy thanks to the absence of butter. The leavening is regular, uniform and the colour of the dough is not too intense yellow. The scent is well balanced between citrus, sweet candied fruit and the aroma of oil that keeps it soft and tasty.
Ingredients
WHEAT flour, sultanas, sugar, natural yeast (WHEAT flour, water), candied citrus peel 10.5%, (Sicilian orange and diamond cedar peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, lemon juice concentrate), FRESH EGGS from ground-raised hens, extra virgin olive oil 8%, fresh egg yolk from ground-raised hens, glucose syrup, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, fibre of OATS, natural aromas, salt, Does not contain palm oil.
