Factory fuel systems are not geared to support higher horsepower and are prone to issues causing unneeded wear and tear along with a slow decline in fuel efficiency. Improper diesel fuel pressure and low purity can cause engine damage and lower your fuel economy. Upgrade from your stock system to FASS's Titanium Signature Series Fuel System and improve both diesel pressure and filtration. Titanium Series fuel system offers advanced filtration that removes water, air, and debris from your diesel fuel at a 2-micron rating.
NOTE: Installation of this kit on a cab and chassis may require modifications.
What GPH do I need? This all depends on the horsepower of your truck.
- 140 GPH- This is for stock up to 600hp. If you haven't done any aftermarket changes or very minimal ones to increase power this is the one you want.
- 220 GPH- This is for 600hp to 900hp.
- 240 GPH- This is for 900hp to 1200hp.
