Este libro analiza las luchas entre la administración colonial y las reformas llevadas a cabo por la Intendencia en Puerto Rico en tres periodos bajo: Alejandro Ramírez (1813-1816), Antonio María del Valle (1838-1841) y Manuel Núñez (1848-1850). Puerto Rico experimentó una serie de cambios y transformaciones en los ámbitos de orden social, político y económico en el transcurso del siglo XIX. Al inicio del siglo la Isla fue gobernada bajo una administración centralizada y autoritaria de gobiernos militares que operaban con poderes absolutos.


Con un abarcador y minucioso trabajo de archivo, logramos organizar y compilar por años cronológico los Intendentes que ejercieron funciones en Puerto Rico en el transcurso del siglo XIX. Además definimos la estructura de la Intendencia en el siglo XIX, sus posiciones y responsabilidades, y desarrollar un Organigrama de la Intendencia. Lo que nos explica este libro será novedoso para el lector, y está debidamente fundamentado en fuentes primarias.

Adorable special occasion suit for boys

I ordered this 3-piece suit for my son and even though it’s currently a little too big for him, I couldn’t resist keeping it because it’s absolutely adorable! The quality really impressed me right out of the package. The fabric feels lightweight and breathable, which will be perfect for warmer weather, and it has a nice polished look without feeling stiff. The set comes with a blazer, vest, and pants, and each piece is very well made. I love the little details like the lapel on the jacket, the adjustable strap on the vest, and the adjustable waist on the pants, which will definitely help as he grows. It looks like a much more expensive suit than it actually is. Even though my son will have to grow into it, I’m already excited for him to wear it. Nice summer suit for my son
