The 3Monkeez 112mm round floor waste system is a premium, safety-focused solution designed for seamless "drop-in" installation into 100mm DWV or HDPE pipework. Whether you require a standard grate or a high-performance Waste Arrestor for trade waste compliance, this modular system provides maximum durability and hygienic performance.
Configuration Options:
- Complete Kit: A total drainage solution including the 112mm Round Grate, a fixed secondary strainer, and a Removable Stainless Steel Basket to intercept solids and prevent blockages.
- Grate Only: The safety-compliant Heel Proof 112mm round removable grate, available in both 304 and 316 grades.
- Removable Basket Only: A Grade 304 replacement stainless steel basket designed specifically for the FW-100BRL arrestor series.
Material Grade Selection: For standard commercial applications, Grade 304 Stainless Steel offers exceptional performance. For coastal projects, facilities exposed to high salinity, or areas using aggressive cleaning chemicals, we highly recommend Grade 316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel for its superior resistance to pitting and surface corrosion.
