The PRS Custom 24-08 is the quintessential PRS guitar, an iconic instrument that has been defining the brand since 1985. This model retains all the foundational specs of the original instrument, while pushing the boundaries of sonic possibilities. Like the Core Series instrument, the SE Custom 24-08 features two mini-toggle coil-split switches, allowing the humbuckers to be individually split into true single coils. This results in a total of eight pickup configurations, offering a wide range of tonal options. Classic design elements include a maple top, mahogany back, rosewood fretboard, 24 frets, 25" scale length, bird inlays, signature headstock logo, and PRS patented molded tremolo. The PRS-designed tuners are lightweight and provide precise tuning without dampening your tone. The PRS TCI “S” pickups offer versatile tones, ranging from spanky single coils to full soapbars.
