How to Participate in the “PREMIUM BOX SET” Event

To participate, payment must be completed.

1. For purchases from the Lazada official shop, participants will receive a Golden Ticket packaged with the product. Participants must claim their order within 7 days only, and the order status must be "Order Completed." Participants can purchase Box Sets without any limit. Only orders that are successfully paid and delivered will be eligible. Any order that fails to deliver, is unpaid, or uses discount coupons will be deemed unsuccessful, and the company reserves the right to exclude such orders from the event.

Once the product is received and registration for the event is completed, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Participants will receive a confirmation email with details to access the event. The QR code in the confirmation email can be scanned to receive the entry ticket on the event day, “DENTISTE’ Presents LISA Fan Meetup in Asia 2024 – Bangkok” on November 13, 2023, at BITEC Live, Bangna. The brand will start shipping Golden Tickets by October 25, 2023, and will ship the VVIP/VIP/Green Box Sets starting December 1, 2023.

Steps to Collect Entry Tickets

9.1 If collecting tickets in person, present your ID card/passport and the confirmation email at the registration point on the event day, November 13, 2023, at BITEC Live, Bangna.

9.2 If unable to collect tickets in person, the following evidence must be presented:

• A copy of your ID card/passport with a signature certifying it as a true copy.
• A power of attorney allowing the authorized person to collect the ticket (with a 10 THB stamp duty).
• The original ID card/passport of the authorized person.

9.3 Participants can collect one ticket per order. If the order includes multiple items, tickets must be collected according to the total orders without separation.

The company may reclaim prizes at any time if fraud is detected in any form, and the company’s decisions will be final. The company reserves the right to allocate suitable seating based on completed orders only.
