Portion Sizes
The Vegan Brownie FULL SLAB is provided as whole slab for you to cut. Each full slab is approximately 20 x 30cm.
Portion as you see fit but as a guide each slab can produce the following:
- 14 portions (10x4.28 cm each, the size we use in our cafes) 20 portions (5x6 cm each)
- 24 portions (5x5 cm each)
