A ready-to-bottle liquid base engineered for foaming pump dispensers, delivering strong, creamy foam that cleans without drying. Sulfate-free and low-sensitizing, this gentle formula is perfect for custom-scented foaming hand soaps sold through retail, refill stations, or private-label programs.

Add up to 0.5% detergent-compatible fragrance oil to the base. Mix gently until fully blended. Bottle into foaming dispensers only. Example: 15.92 oz base + 0.08 oz fragrance oil = 16 oz finished soap (0.5% fragrance load).

Pump into wet hands. Lather for 20 seconds. Rinse thoroughly. Safe for frequent use.
