Our Short Sleeve Tunic Aegir is made of heavy coarse woven fabric, which gives it an authentic medieval look. Tunics were worn from the ancient Roman times to the Middle Ages, not limited to Vikings and Germanic tribes. In different lengths and with an under and over tunic, depending on the era and climate. The medieval tunic offered here is a short version for a hunter or blacksmith.Traditionally, the tunic is worn belted. The slit at the neckline makes it easier to put it on and can be closed decoratively with a robe brooch. Like all pieces in our collection, the medieval tunic was designed according to historical models and illustrations.
Light and airy in summer and perfect for any events in autumn and spring with an under tunic. The tunic is made of 100% cotton and is therefore comfortable to wear and easy to wash (do not forget: cotton likes to shrink a bit the first time you wash it and like jeans - they don't like dryers).

Favorite balls

I never thought that my black lab mix could enjoy a ball more than the slightly larger silicon (sp) ones we have used for years. The sound has her ears up from the moment I pick one up. Please not, these are not indestructible. Throwing them away once they break open (for heavy chewers) is best.

So far so good!

So far so good! Our Belgian Malinois/Black Lab mix goes through other brands of squeaky tennis balls in a matter of days. Including the ones that cost 2.00 a piece. Thrilled to see that the first one is still intact after a couple of weeks of play. She must squeak them if they are in her mouth so they do get quite a workout. I would highly recommend them.
