You can operate the Igenix 60L 2500W Electric Mini Oven with four, easy–to–use control dials: the fan assist dial allows you to select use with or without convection fan assistance, the temperature dial allows you to select your desired cooking temperature between 100 and 230°C, the function dial allows you to selects between grill, bake, or roast modes, and the timer dial allows you to set a timer from 0 to 60 minutes to assist with the preparation of time–critical dishes.
In addition, the Igenix 60L 2500W Electric Mini Oven also comes with an aluminium baking tray with handle and a wire shelf to get you started.
