M - The case for week-long trips

In the STRATIC LIGHT+ series, patented lightweight construction meets stable durability & generous usage options. A smooth-running 4-roller system, tested to 25 km, and an ergonomically shaped handle on a 4-way extendable aluminum telescopic handlebar make the super light STRATIC LIGHT+ suitcase, size M, very comfortable to handle and even when fully packed it is very maneuverable and easy to move. The very spacious main compartment of the STRATIC LIGHT+ is equipped with finely woven polyester and a high-quality zipper with metal catch. Inside the case, there is a spacious main compartment with heavy-duty cross-straps and a zippered mesh compartment in the lid of the case for flat items. For maximum packing volume, the STRATIC LIGHT+ in size M can be extended in size via an additional zipper on the lid compartment. It comes with a TSA lock for travel to the USA and Great Britain as standard. It is easy to open through customs without breaking open. Carrying handles are provided on the top and sides of the suitcase.

STRATIC CONNECT


In the future, all STRATIC suitcase series will be equipped with an NFC chip. Each chip has a unique and non-forgeable ID. This also makes it possible to control the suitcases using an app and receive all the necessary information about your luggage. The encrypted app provides you with product and company information, there is a packing advisor, the option to create packing lists, you can store your contact details for the "Lost and Found" check and - last but not least - your CO2 footprint is offset by STRATIC with Climate Coins for sustainable projects.

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
