A one of a kind Ayurvedic Tea Blending experience to establish a year of health, balance and calm. This session will give an opportunity to connect with nature, slow down, drink tea and make your custom tea blend! After an intro to Ayurveda, explore ancient herbs, and use your creative energy to mix, brew and taste your personalized tea. You’ll also get to enjoy tasty Indian snacks with Roots in Harmony tea, but most of all, set the foundation for a new wellness routine.

Supplies included for each participant:

• 1 reusable tote bag
• 6-8 individually bagged Ayurvedic herbs and spices
• Empty single-use teabags
• Roots in Harmony trial size product
• Indian snack for tea time, and brewed herbal tea for participants
• Handout with Ayurvedic herb benefits and properties
• 1 teaspoon
• 1 insulated paper cup
