All aluminum construction features large diameter 4" piping with smooth aerodynamic bends to improve intake air velocity, volume, and provide more aggressive engine and turbo sound during acceleration. Great pillow for side-sleepers, to keep things lined up.

I didn't actually expect this to be that useful, but it has improved my mornings a lot.
Since I sleep on my side, often times I my knees would be uncomfortable when trying to go to sleep, or my neck would be sore getting up. This pillow gives me a bit of padding, and helps keep my hips and shoulders lined up.
Simple solution, but works great.

Nice Sleeping Partner
