De rode straal van de Elohim is de straal van manifestatie. Hij geeft de kracht en het uithoudingsvermogen, om de scheppingsimpuls te verwerkelijken. Zo ondersteunt hij ook de mensen bij het in harmonie manifesteren van visioenen en de ziel. Hij schenkt moed, sterkte en gecentreerde kracht, doelgericht handelen, zelfvertrouwen en doorzettingsvermogen. In het lichaam en in het energiesysteem activeert de rode straal van de Elohim de levenskracht.
Vragen om zichzelf en de situatie beter te begrijpen
·· In welk gebied van mijn leven heb ik nu kracht nodig?
·· Hoeveel van de kracht waarover ik kan beschikken benut ik in mijn leven?
·· Waar in mijn lichaam bemerk ik de levenskracht het sterkst?
·· Hoe blokkeer ik mijn kracht?
·· Hoe zou mijn leven zijn, wanneer ik mijn hele kracht en macht zou gebruiken? Hoe zou ik mij dan voelen? Welke angsten steken bij deze gedachte de kop op? Waar in mijn lichaam bespeur ik deze angst?
Aanvullende aanwijzingen voor de LichtWesen Elohim olie en kristallen
Ik gebruik de energie van de rode straal van de Elohim ook, om genezing te ondersteunen. Nadat ik eerst met de witte straal de belastende en oude energieën heb opgelost en met groen de genezingsimpuls heb versterkt, gebruik ik rood, om de kracht van het lichaam voor de genezing te activeren. Het is mogelijk de rode straal een paar dagen later in te zetten.
Meditatie
Stel je voor, je zit op een troon. Voel je je goed? Wat ervaar je? Stroomt de energie in je lichaam of is deze geblokkeerd? Zijn er plaatsen, waar de energiestroom stokt of waar je een prop of druk bemerkt? Welke inzichten verbindt je met deze situatie? Nodig nu de rode straal van de Elohim uit en sta toe dat jouw blokkades zich oplossen en dat je levensenergie en je kracht in harmonie stromen.
Oefening bij het thema
Masseer je voeten. Nodig daartoe de rode straal uit en vraag hem je voeten en lichaam te willen vullen.

The Best Narrative about the Real Camino
Format: Kindle
I have read many, many books about the Camino de Santiago and this is by far the best. It is so clearly written that I felt myself walking along with John Pearson. His description of every aspect of the Way is accurate and wonderful to read. I only walked the last 100 km, but feel now like I walked the whole way and enjoyed it without the blisters! If I were younger, I would definitely walk the entire way but am so glad John wrote his experience so that I at least can imagine what it was like. Thank you for the Most Excellent Book!

Finding God every 20 Miles

What an enriching experience it was to read John's journey on the Camino de Santiago! By the third day of reading John's experiences on the Camino, I realized how much I was looking forward to reading another chapter or two after dinner with my family. After reading his chapter entitled "The Whale in the Room," I was so moved that I shared what I'd read with my wife, Cathy and son, Alex and told them how blessed I was to have them safe and near me. What a magnificent allegory of life that the Camino de Santiago is for so many peregrinos! Thank you John for letting me walk nearly 500 miles in your Merrell Moab "moccasins!" And forgive me for earmarking a few pages along the way, I want to re-read those key pages with your wisdom until the end of my Camino on this earth. Buen vida y buen Camino Peregrino!

Insightful and off-putting

My husband and I are planning on walking the last 62 miles of the Camino. We are not going to be "real" pilgrims so I wanted to read books that would help me understand the experience.
John Pearson did a good job of taking the reader along on his pilgrimage. But as a female who remembers how distasteful it was for old men to notice her, I couldn't understand the purpose of the descriptions of the physical appearance of the women he met.
For readers wanting a taste of the journey, what did it add to include the description of a tattoo on the edge of a woman's breast and how many men were looking at it. So much of the book was thoughtful and deep and then all of a sudden there was a description of a woman as an object.
Men looking at women is not news so it felt odd that the author added that detail throughout the book. If you are not bothered by the author's need to share his observation of women and how much wine he drank, it is an otherwise worthy telling of one man's epic journey on the Camino.

fascinating Memoir of Walking the Camino de Santiago

I very much enjoyed reading this memoir. I’m in my mid-70s and have been considering it. Wish I had known about it when I was younger. Pearson described lots of the nitty-gritty details of the challenges and triumphs of the Camino.

The best on the subject since LDD3
Format: Paperback
I found this book as impacting me as LDD (by Rubini etc) has been in its days, a de-facto standard established to the point that people keep searching for LDD4/LDD5 to these days, that much desirable.
Since LDD3 the last update on 2.6, this book (as well as kernel debugging and hands-on systems programming) is a valuable source of information for modern kernels 5 and 6 for a few years to come.
Knowledgeable and easy to follow, captivating attention to keep on reading it through, impressive for a technical book. LDD4+ has now found reincarnated, thank you very much for all the effort composing it!
