Deze wijn heeft niet alleen maar een chique uitstraling door de prachtige matglazen fles en de mooie vinolok sluiting, de pinot noir druiven voor deze cuvée zijn ook nog eens van bijzonder hoge kwaliteit. De druiven komen van oude stokken, wat extra geconcentreerde wijn oplevert. In de kelder worden de druiven op lage temperatuur vergist, waardoor de frisheid en het jonge fruit in de wijn behouden blijft.

Als aperitief, bij de barbecue of een stukje tonijn.
