De geschiedenis van Vignobles Vellas gaat een hele tijd terug, vier generaties lang. Het wijnhuis vindt zijn oorsprong in het hart van de appellaties van de Languedoc. Op hun landgoed Mas du Pont, bevindt zich naast de wijngaard van 120 hectare ook de proefkelder, een gastronomisch restaurant en zelfs een manege voor stieren en paarden. Respect voor het land, het milieu en de kwaliteit van de wijnen staat hier hoog in het vaandel. Dat is ook de reden waarom de wijngaarden biologisch zijn.Een bijzondere Malbec met een verhaal
Deze heerlijke Franse rode wijn heeft een intense paarse kleur die vonkelt in het glas. De geuren van pruimen, cassis, bramen en kersen komen je direct tegemoet. Een romige, zachte rijpe wijn met ronde tannines en een zijdezachte afdronk die ietwat kruidig is. De smaak is betoverd maar dat zijn we gewend van de wijnen van Vignobles Vellas. De druiven groeien uitmuntend op de heuvels in Cahors en dat maakt dat deze wijn van hoge kwaliteit is. Ze worden op kenmerkende wijze beinvloed door de omgeving. Zo genieten ze van intens zonlicht, koele temperaturen in de nacht en regelmatig periodes van droogte. Dat maakt dat de druiven langzaam kunnen rijpen en dat komt zeker de smaak ten goede. This machine is amazing. We just returned from Italy and this is as close to a cafe as you can get. It leaves a dense foam on top from the high pressure water system making truly authentic. It is easy to use and clean!! I loved the size too as it fits perfectly on our shelf. Highly recommend if you want an italian cafe to enjoy!

Bargain Espresso Machine Works Great

Great espresso machine, and a bargain at only $100! Pulls perfect shots with a generous amount of crema. And, it comes with a high-quality tamper. Tips: When you first turn it on, remember to run the steam wand for a couple seconds to prime the system. Test/experiment with the grind to get it just right--40 seconds with my blade grinder is working for me.

Great Espresso Machine for Beginners

Update:
Milk teamer doesn't deliver the foam like at the first couple of days, and the espresso doesn't come with the crema any longer. Somehow the pressure goes above the espresso range, and I tried to decrease the amount of coffee, and no results. I am so disappointed.
First thing that impressed me about this little espresso machine is how easy it to use. You can make a double espresso shot in literarily 1 minute. Second thing is size, the machine is pretty compact that you can place it anywhere in the kitchen without worrying about taking too much space. Also, it heats up quick, and the options are straightforward. The water tank is just the perfect size, which is excellent for me, and I don't have to refill water constantly.
Performance-wise, it feels solid and does an excellent job making shots like what you'd expect in a cafe. The water pressure is just right, delivering this espresso shot without the extra acidity. The flowmeter regulates the water evenly which is great in making that creamy espresso. Something else to note, it's small and also quiet, which is big to me since the last one was making unnecessary noise every time I make a shot. Now, the milk frother is pretty decent, and create that foam you'd love to see in your cappuccino and latte.
Overall, this is a pretty decent choice, and feels durable.
